Join the PECERA-HK 20th Anniversary Celebration cum 2025–2026 Annual Meeting

This special occasion marks two decades of PECERA-HK’s commitment to enhancing the quality of early childhood education (ECE) in Hong Kong through evidence-based research, professional development, and community engagement. The celebration will be presided over by Dr. Sze Chun-fai, Jeff, JP, Under Secretary for Education, of the Education Bureau. It will feature keynote speeches, delivered by Professor Kathy Sylva, Honorary Research Fellow and Professor of Educational Psychology in the Department of Education at the University of Oxford, along with Professor John Lee Chi-kin, JP, President and Chair Professor of Curriculum and Instruction at the Education University of Hong Kong

The Association is also delighted to invite representatives from four renowned charitable foundations in Hong Kong to serve as panelists:
• Ms. Elsie Tsang, Executive Manager, Charities (Children & Youth in Families) of The Hong Kong Jockey Club
• Ms. Cecilia Ho, President of The Lee Hysan Foundation
• Ms. Miranda Chan, Secretary General of The Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation, and
• Ms. Irene Yu, Program Director of The Simon KY Lee Foundation

The panel discussion, themed “Charting New Horizons for Early Childhood”, was moderated by the Association’s Vice President, Dr. Sanly Kam. The speakers shared the work of their respective foundations and their future directions, allowing society to join hands in providing young children with a more comprehensive and high‑quality environment for growth.

Certificates will also be presented at the celebration to schools that have achieved Quality Accreditation under the Quality Accreditation and Professional Coaching (QAPC) Scheme.
